The World Cup victories of our father Reinhard Tritscher in the 60ies inspired us when building our apartments.

The Allrounder

He was one of the few athletes being able to score wins in all FIS Alpine Skiing disciplines of that time.

Slalom Wengen

1969 he won the prestigious Slalom of Wengen…

GS Kranjska Gora

… the same year he also came in first
at the giant slalom of Kranjska Gora…

GS Squaw Valley

… and the GS of Squaw Valley.

Injury Setbacks

Throughout his career he suffered from 3 broken legs in the years of 1969, 1974 and 1975.
Some of these were so severe that he had to take a career breaks for a whole season, like for example 1970.

Sensational Comeback

1972 he was able to win the Downhill-Race of Val-d’Isère in sensational manner. The win was even more valuable having picked number 45 in the starting grid, a rather unusual high number for a winning turn.
